Green Lane clubhouse undergoes Smokin' Joe's transformation.
Recent visitors to Green Lane may have noticed a different look to our clubhouse. That’s because it’s been rebranded in partnership with Smokin’ Joe’s.
Gone are the many framed photos and club silverware, replaced by a Smokin’ Joe’s branded aesthetic to step up our collaboration with the Guisborough based restaurant.
The walls feature the Smokin’ Joe’s staple burger caricature, which has been incorporated into a football pitch setting.
Smokin’ Joe’s co-owner, Joe Smith, told Teesside Live last week: “It’s been a very very tight timeframe to turn this around.
“We have spent £5,000 of our own money and the club has also put in some money. It was formerly the clubhouse but it was a little bit dilapidated. It needed a fresh set of eyes.”
The new Snack Shack will be open on Saturdays and Sundays between 8am and 4pm, and will feature a vast menu ranging from light bites to juice hot dogs and loaded fries.
You can still visit Smokin’ Joe’s pop-up BBQ every home matchday, where they continue to sell their viral hit – the Hot Dogg with pulled chicken and onions.

Next game: Silsden (H)
This weekend sees Isuzu FA Vase action return to Green Lane, as the club welcome Silsden AFC in the first round proper.
The Northern Counties East League table-toppers sent fellow Teessiders Billingham Synthonia packing in the second qualifying round, and will make for a tough test on yet another ground-breaking day for the town.
