The Redcar boss looks ahead to Friday’s clash with Easington Colliery.
Carl Jarrett offered his frustrations at a number of injury concerns as he talked up the threat of Friday’s visitors, Easington Colliery.
The boss admitted an eleven day break may see some of his sidelined stars return to the fray, but even still, his Steelmen would have to be at their best to beat an organised opposition.

Promoted to Division One after a dramatic playoff final last season, Easington Colliery face a fight for survival at the foot of the table, and visit Green Lane winless in four.
For Carl Jarrett, the Colliers’ survival in the division isn’t to be in doubt. The boss conceded he was impressed with the County Durham outfit, and expects a tough battle on Friday night.
“Easington (Colliery) will not be a game we will take lightly.” He said.
David Wheater to be special guest for Easington clash
The former Middlesbrough defender will take part in a ‘question and answer’ session in the Steelmen’s Bar.

“I have watched them a couple of times this season and they do have their strengths. We have to prepare like any other game, and try to win.
“It would be great to get a big crowd down to Green Lane to support the team.”

Eleven days without a game come kick-off on Friday evening, Carl Jarrett hopes such a rest will see his squad near-enough to full strength.
Redcar Athletic were without Olly Cann, Craig Gott and Jack Bennett last Tuesday, Kevin Burgess and Jack Blackford featuring where perhaps they should not.
Jarrett bemoaned such a selection dilema, telling Ash Stone of his frustrations, but of course conceding that they were not to be excused.
“It’s just been frustrating.” The boss said. “Although I know every manager has to deal with these things.”
“Our squad just wasn’t big enough to handle it, and that’s why I’ve had to go out and bring players in to see if we could get through these games.
“Fair play to the lads, they’ve done everything that we’ve asked of them, and more.
“We’ve had a little bit of a break, so hopefully we can have some of the lads back to make this squad a lot stronger in the lead up to Christmas.”
