Weetabix Wildcats and Squad Girls | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 6-8pm
As part of our ongoing bid to enhance footballing opportunities for young girls in the Redcar and East Cleveland area, we have both Weetabix Wildcats and Squad Girls sessions available at Green Lane.
FA accredited, fun filled sessions, delivered by approved and qualified coaches, these sessions offer a fantastic experience for young girls to build confidence and make friends, all whilst having a kick about!
Weetabix Wildcats:
- Girls aged 5-11
- Monday 18:00-19:00

Squad Girls:
- Girls aged 12-14

TUESDAY
Redcar Athletic Ladies Open Training | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 6-7:30pm
A new season dawns for Redcar Athletic Ladies, and manager Mathew Gibson is on the hunt for new talent.
Those interested are requested to turn up to our open training sessions, held from 6-7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10-12:30pm on Sundays.

West Allotment Celtic vs Redcar Athletic | East Palmersville Sports Pavillion, NE12 9HW | 7:30pm
Redcar Athletic’s Northern League campaign continues on the road to Newcastle, West Allotment Celtic the hosts at East Palmsersville Sports Pavillion.

Three straight wins across all competitions, the Steelmen will be looking to further their perfect start on the site of last season’s first league victory, a tougher encounter than the table portrays.
Doors open from 6pm, with admission £7 for adults, and £4 for concessions.
THURSDAY
Team Talk Bacon Butty Morning | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 10am-12pm
Team Talk is a wonderful, community group that aims to bring people together to tackle loneliness and isolation.
Each week, the clubhouse at Green Lane hosts a small gathering wanting to enjoy each other’s company, have meaningful conversations, and take part in fun activities.
The morning is headlined by delicious bacon buns, and other refreshments, leading into physical activities like beach walks, walking football, boules, or even a quiz on rainy days.

Gary Walton of MFC Foundation, the event organiser, commented: “It’s a great way to connect with others, stay active, and have a good time.”

Can’t make Tuesday night’s training session?
Not to worry, our Ladies have three bouts of training a week, and new players are more than welcome at all three.
FRIDAY
Redcar Athletic Reserves vs Boro Rangers Under-21s | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 7pm
Our Reserves’ pre-season preparations come to a close at Green Lane, Boro Rangers’ Under-21s the final visitors before the league season gets underway.
Danny Todd’s men pulled out a fantastic victory against Billingham Town Reserves last week, and will be bidding to enter the season proper on the back of two positive results.
SATURDAY
Redcar Athletic vs Crook Town | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 3pm
Football is back on the Redcar seafront, as the Steelmen welcome a high-flying Crook Town to Green Lane.
The Black and Ambers host a healthy contingent of former Redcar stars, including Joe Thompson and Sonni Coleman, enjoying a strong start to the campaign with a double over near-neighbours Marske United.

The doors to Green Lane will open at 1:30pm, with admission £7 for adults, £4 for concessions, and £2 for under-16s.
SUNDAY
Redcar Athletic Ladies Open Training | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 10am-12:30pm
Our Ladies’ third and final training session of the week.
