The Steelmen's postponed Isuzu FA Vase match against Silsden has been rearranged.

The first round tie, which was postponed due to the effects of Storm Babet, will now be played on Saturday 28th October with a 3pm kick-off.

As a result, the Steelmen’s trip to Carlisle City, originally pencilled in for next weekend, will be re-arranged for a later date.

After consultation with the FA, we arranged an inspection on Friday evening. Ultimately, a local referee deemed the pitch unplayable due to heavy rainfall, whilst the Green Lane dug outs also experienced damage due to the powerful winds.

Supporters who purchased an online ticket for the game will be allowed entry into the ground for the rearranged date using the same e-ticket.

However, those who are not able to attend next weekend’s game having purchased an e-ticket should contact
