A regular starter for Hartlepool’s youth outlet, Leo Robinson is a tenacious midfielder with an eye for goal.

The capture of the young Pools man has stirred up a sense of excitement within Redcar’s management team, none more so than his own father, Mark Robinson.

An esteemed coach for the first team, Mark admitted he was thrilled be a part of the next steps of his son’s development.

“I’m really excited to be working with Leo.” He said.

“He will add masses of quality to our side!”

Leo returns to Green Lane this month having donned the famous blue and white of Pools during pre-season, where he clocked his first senior minutes for the club.

We’re thrilled to have you with us, Leo!

Robinson joins the club following the addition of young Tadcaster Albion forward, Joe Dixon, who made two substitute appearances over the Christmas period.
