The Steelmen will face newly-promoted Thornaby in a pre-season tie.
Redcar Athletic’s pre-season adventures will once again include a visit to Teesdale Park this July, with Division One Thornaby set to become our third adversaries.
The tie will take place on Saturday 12th July, with matters set to get underway at the standard time of 3pm.

Winners of the Northern League Division Two playoff final, Thornaby will once again be a part of our pre-season efforts, this time in preparation for a historic debut season in the Northern Premier League East.
The Steelmen’s last visit to Teesdale Park came in advance of our title-winning campaign, goals from Cam Thomson and Bradley Fewster sealing a narrow 2-1 victory
Oscar Fletcher and Craig Gott both left the field of play through injury.
Our pre-season schedule will also include a trip to the Turnbull Ground to face Whitby Town, and a visit from Brooks Mileson Memorial League Cup winners, Easington Colliery.
