The Steelmen boss scooped the prize at the Northern League’s annual awards.
Carl Jarrett has been named the Ebac Northern League’s Manager of the Season for his efforts during our title-winning campaign.
The boss scooped the silverware during the League’s annual awards dinner at Ramside Hall yesterday evening, just days after penning a new contract to extend his stay into our Northern Premier League era.
Taking the reins in the January of last year, Jarrett has since guided the club to both its record Isuzu FA Vase run, and the Northern League title.
In such time, Redcar have won 60% of all games – in all competitions – an incredible record which the Northern League have proudly recognised.
The boss took to X (formerly Twitter) to accept his award. He said: “Great night at the awards last night for our club, getting recognised for some great awards.
“My award doesn’t get won if I didn’t have the great bunch around me: Macca (Dave McTiernan), Bully (Lee Bullock) and Franky (Paul Franklin).”
Two other awards were bestowed upon the club at Ramside Hall yesterday evening.
Oscar Fletcher was named the Division’s Young Player of the Season, whilst the club collectively claimed the Fair Play Award for near perfect disciplinary.
