Our lead at the top of the table remains, and if things go our way, it could get even larger

Redcar went 10 points clear at the top of the table with a dramatic last-minute winner.
The Steelmen opened the scoring as Adam Boyes smashed home, Garforth then equalized with a controversial penalty.
We then retook the lead as Bradley Fewster tapped in from a corner, but Garforth levelled again, as a corner was struck home from the edge of our area.
Garforth then took the lead on the counter with a finish into the corner; Owen Burns would find the equalizer with a finish from close range, and we then won it late on as Fewster penalised a keeper mistake to prod home.
It was a crucial win for the Steelmen and despite what the scoreline suggests, they were in control for the majority of the game.
An unchanged team from the win at Blyth midweek started well, as in the tenth minute Adam Boyes was in the right place to score from a brilliant Louis Johnson cross.
Garforth would find the leveller though as on the counter, the referee would award a 21st minute penalty, which sneaked past Josh Mazfari who could only get a hand to it.
Redcar responded well though, with the Garforth keeper making some great saves. But it didn’t take much longer to regain the lead, as Fewster would tap home in the 36th minute after some pinball from a corner.
Garforth equalized before half-time though, as in the 45th minute Redcar failed to clear their lines from a corner, and it would be volleyed home from the edge of our box.
Redcar came out with the right intentions but struggled to make any chances of note early on in the second half.
They’d be punished clinically though as the first Garforth break in the 70th minute would be finished well, with the strike coming from outside the box.
The lads didn’t give in though, and were awarded for their constant pressure, as in the 81st minute some neat play would eventually fall to Owen Burns, who tapped home to make it all square.
The lads just never stopped though and in the 92nd minute the Garforth keeper spilled a ball with Fewster anticipating well, and tapping it home to send the fans into pandemonium.
It was a great showcase of football and showed exactly why we are top of the league.
We’ll hope to continue the momentum, with our next match seeing us travel to Silsden on Tuesday night
We hope to see you there but if you can’t make it, then make sure you’re keeping updated with match updates happening on our X.
Up the Steelmen.
