And so it begins. The stars of Redcar Athletic were today recalled to the wind-swept fields off Green Lane for the first day of pre-season training.
Preparations began with a two-hour session in the blistering Teesside sunshine, and snapper Chris Whiles was on hand to capture the best of the action.
Our pre-season campaign begins a week from today against our neighbours – and rivals – in Redcar Town. The bout will be played in memory of the late Matty Graham, and entry will be priced at a donation of any value.
