Boro Women match abandoned due to medical incident

The referee made the call to abandon the match after a medical incident on field.

Middlesbrough Women graced the hallowed turf of Green Lane for the second time this season yesterday evening, hosting York City Ladies in the FAWNL Division One North.

The match was cut short by the officials in the 72nd minute following an incident on field, and the thoughts of all at Redcar Athletic go out to the player involved.
