Olly Cann and Craig Gott remain sidelined by injury.
Carl Jarrett offered the latest on a number of key players’ fitness, as Redcar Athletic gear up to host table-topping Boro Rangers.
The boss revealed timelines for Olly Cann and Craig Gott, conceding a few others had smaller issues, which would have to be monitored and maintained.
“We’re struggling for numbers.” The boss admitted. “As you can tell.”
“We can’t do anything about it, but as you can imagine, it’s frustrating.
“Olly (Cann) is maybe two weeks away. (Craig) Gott more like six or seven. That’s not going to get any better for us.”
Oscar Fletcher dropped to the bench in a lone change to the team on Tuesday night, Jarrett conceding his absence came as a result of one of a number of ongoing issues.
“Oscar (Fletcher) was left out on Tuesday.”He said. “I think he needed the rest.”
“He suffered an impact on Saturday, and his hamstring has been hurting him too.
“We’ve got niggles on a few others, so we are low on numbers, and that’s just the way things are at the present minute.”
