Midfielder joins Carl Jarrett’s men on a successful trip to Whickham.
Redcar Athletic Under-23s midfielder Jack Williams joined the first team on the road to Gateshead this weekend, bolstering Carl Jarrett’s options from the bench.
The 19-year-old both travelled and trained with the squad, manning the bench alongside fellow youngster, Jack Harrison, who returned from a long absence.
Jack has been a regular fixture for Mark Hathaway’s Under-23s this season, reaping a great deal of applause for his stellar performances.
The midfielder boasts four goals and four assists in the Manjaros Langbaurgh League Division One, finding the net too in the WOODSmith Construction Sunday Challenge Cup.
With numbers thin for Carl Jarrett, Jack is likely to further his relationship with the first team, an attractive prospect in reserve to freshen up a threadbare side.
