From quality local music to mouth-watering barbecued offerings, here's what's in store for supporters at Green Lane this weekend.
Two weeks since the ground last opened its doors, the Steelmen are back, and looking to avenge a poor result.
As always, the football isn’t all that’s to enjoy on the Redcar seafront, with plenty to compliment the matchday experience, for both hardened Steelmen supporters, and those travelling down from North of the Tyne.
Featuring top-quality local music, hearty beverages and viral matchday ‘scran’ to name just a few, here’s what’s in store this afternoon, as the Steelmen lock horns with North Shields.
Smokin' Joe's
Nationally acclaimed on the hit ‘Twitter/X’ account, FootyScran, Smokin’ Joe’s take pride of place in the FanZone to serve up their tasty pop-up barbecue.
From the viral ‘Hot Dogg,’ to delicious burgers, and mouth-watering sides, treat your taste buds to the very finest of matchday cuisine.
The Steelmen's Bar
Maybe a pre-match pint is more your style?
Don’t fret, The Steelmen’s Bar will be open from 1:30pm, ready to serve up refreshing pints, broadcast sporting action, and set the scene for a thrilling afternoon of the beautiful game.
Please note, the bar is operating as a CARD ONLY venue.
Live Music
Live sport isn’t all that’s on offer in The Steelmen’s Bar, as local guitarist and singer Harry Hailey takes to the mic.
Harry will be providing the matchday tunes before and after the match, with a quick performance during the half time break too.
Make sure to show him some love!
