The Redcar-born forward will don the red and navy once again in 2024/25.
Redcar Athletic are thrilled to confirm Curtis Round will remain with the club through the 2024/25 season.
The 28-year-old has committed to honour his existing deal through to the June of next year, with an option to extend further at such time.
An invaluable asset in attack since putting pen to paper at the start of the year, Curtis Round found the net seven times in 18 appearances, adding a further two assists to his tally.
Excited to be a part of the project here at Green Lane, Curtis admitted he was eager to continue his good form, and full of ambition to achieve ‘great things.’
“I’m incredibly excited for next season with Redcar Athletic.” He said.
“My ambition matches the club’s, and the management’s.
“I’m hungry for success, and eager to contribute to the team’s achievements.
“With a good pre season, and a full run at it, I’m confident we can achieve great things together.”
Familiar with Curtis from his Marske United days, Carl Jarrett was also keen to see the forward commit to another season.
The First Team boss offered high praise for who he labelled ‘a great player,’ adding: “I’m so happy that Curtis is staying on!”
“He’s got a fantastic attitude towards football, and he’s massive for us moving forward on the pitch.”
