The day is planned full of free activities for adults and kids too, placing an emphasis on fun as well as physical and mental health.
We are urging people to come down to Green Lane (TS10 3RW, opposite Redcar Rugby Club) to join in with the fun of the Wellbeing Fest, in partnership with The Link Charitable Trust.
All of our activities are throughout the day are FREE and range from Thai Chi, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Family Walk n’ Talks. The event will go on from 1pm until 7pm.
And for the kids we also have FREE Face Painting, Arts & Craft stations, Kindness Bags, Soft Play, Storytelling & Books, Live Music and a visit from Roary the Lion.
Hoodoo Foods and Greek Street Food will be on site all day. Plus, there will be an Ice Cream Van in attendance to remedy the (hopefully) hot weather, and the Steelmen’s Bar will also be open.
We will also have plenty of local stall holders in attendance selling baked goods like brownies, cookies and cupcakes alongside hand made crafts like soaps, bath salts, yoga accessories, cosmetics, handmade jewellery and stalls offering fully qualified advice on infant sleep, life coaching AND MORE!
