Heavy rainfall could force an inspection before the Northern League bout.
Whilst the pitch at Green Lane is currently deemed playable – thanks to the efforts of superb volunteers – the club is monitoring the situation closely regarding forecast precipitation.
Adverse conditions over a number of weeks continue to hamper the pitches upon the Redcar seafront, and any further rainfall between now and kick-off may put the game into doubt.
The club would like to note a pitch inspection is likely to take place at midday, and the outcome of which shall be communicated to fans via our official channels at the earliest possible convenience.
Should the match be postponed, those who have purchased their tickets online will be able to use such for entrance at the rearranged fixture.
We hope to see you all down the Lane at 7:30pm.
