The midfielder departs Green Lane for the Northern Premier League.
Redcar Athletic would like to offer our best wishes to Joe Ferguson, who yesterday completed a move to Newton Aycliffe.
The midfielder departs Green Lane upon the expiration of his contract, returning to the Northern Premier League East outfit after a year on Teesside.
His second spell on the Redcar seafront, Joe made 30 appearances across the course of the season, finding the net in a club record victory over Newcastle Benfield, and laying on a further couple of assists.
The Redcar-born midfielder overcame a number of injury bouts, often featuring out of position in the best interests of the club.
All at Redcar Athletic would like to extend our deepest thanks to Joe for his efforts in the red and navy, and wish him the very best in all of his future endeavours.
You will always be welcome at Green Lane, Joe.
