Redcar Athletic can confirm details of our Supporters Trust meeting.
Want to have a say in the future of Redcar Athletic Football Club?
This Friday (23rd May, 7pm) we are holding a public meeting at Green Lane to discuss setting up a ‘Supporters Trust’ to offer supporters a chance to have a share in the Football Club.
As we move into a new chapter in our short history, the club is looking to adopt a hybrid ownership structure, giving supporters and members of the community an opportunity to join the Supporters Trust.
The Supporters Trust will have a 50% share in the Football Club.
The other 50% will be owned by Private Investment and it is the club’s intention long-term to be a fully-owned supporters club.
At the meeting, we will introduce the idea of the Supporters Trust, show the course that the club are looking to take and get the consent of those present to set up the steering committee to start the process.
Everyone is welcome.
