The boss spoke to Ash Stone following a six-goal stalemate with Whitby Town.
Carl Jarrett admitted he was disappointed to throw away the lead in our final pre-season tie against Whitby Town at the Towbar Express Stadium.

The Steelmen led the Northern Premier League outfit by two at the break.
Louis Johnson notched a brace to cap off an explosive start, whilst Adam Boyes pounced on a defensive mistake in response to a strike from Whitby’s trialist.
Goals from Layton Watts and Micheal Woods soon restored parity in what the boss labelled a disappointing second half performance.
“It was a mixed game.” He said.
“Obviously, after the first half, I was always going to be happy with winning 3-1. We played some good stuff.
“I was still unhappy with the movement that we just couldn’t get used to of their number seven (trialist). He dragged us around a little bit.
“We changed things round for the second half. It’s a formation I’ve been trying to have a look at all through pre-season, but I’ve just never had the personnel.
“Even though we conceded three in eight minutes, we created seven clean chances at the other end. We just couldn’t put the ball in the back of the net.
“It was a bit of sloppiness by us. A few stupid balls. Obviously, it was a terrible second goal to give away, it got their tails up, and then they were onto us like a rash.
“From a punters point of view, it was most probably entertaining, but from my point of view, I was more disappointed in our second half performance.”
