A hectic February awaits the Steelmen after the latest batch of weather affected postponements.
Redcar Athletic face a mountain of EIGHT Northern League ties next month, as winter postponements prompt a chaotic end to the season across the region.
The Steelmen’s Friday night bout with West Auckland Town – axed as to the effects of heavy rainfall – will now be played on Tuesday 20th February.
One week later (Tuesday 27th February), Redcar make the trip north to face Birtley Town, a clash put paid to by floodlight failure earlier in January.
Both games will take place under the lights, kicking off at the standard time of 7:30pm.
In addition, Redcar Athletic will now host league-leaders Bishop Auckland on Tuesday 13th February, when Crook Town were the intended visitors.
The Black and Ambers are set to make the journey out to the Redcar seafront on Saturday 30th March.
