The B&D Interiors Stadium will host the former ‘Boro’ duo in March.
Redcar Athletic can confirm tickets are selling out fast for our evening with former ‘Boro’ stars Craig Hignett and David Wheater.
The ex-professional duo will take to The Steelmen’s Bar on Thursday 20th March, spilling all about their fantastic careers.
Born and raised in Redcar, David Wheater last visited the B&D Interiors Stadium in November, since becoming the host of Middlesbrough’s official podcast: “You’re joking aren’t ya.”
The popular defender will be joined for the evening by Craig Hignett, another popular face on Teesside, who made 119 appearances for the ‘Boro’ in the early ‘90s.
Admission for the event will be charged at £15, which includes chips and curry served during the evening.
For £350, supporters can book a table for ten, which includes a signed Middlesbrough shirt, meet and greet photos, and an ice bucket of beer – and four bottles of wine – for the table.
