MONDAY

Weetabix Wildcats and Squad Girls | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 6-8pm

As part of our ongoing bid to enhance footballing opportunities for young girls in the Redcar and East Cleveland area, we have both Weetabix Wildcats and Squad Girls sessions available at Green Lane.

FA accredited, fun filled sessions, delivered by approved and qualified coaches, these sessions offer a fantastic experience for young girls to build confidence and make friends, all whilst having a kick about!

Weetabix Wildcats:

Girls aged 5-11
Monday 18:00-19:00

TUESDAY

Redcar Athletic Ladies Open Training | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 6-7:30pm

A new season dawns for Redcar Athletic Ladies, and manager Mathew Gibson is on the hunt for new talent.

Those interested are requested to turn up to our open training sessions, held from 6-7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10-12:30pm on Sundays.

Both experienced players and young talent are welcome, and we hope to see a number of new faces amongst the group.

Redcar Athletic vs Whitley Bay | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 7:30pm

Three days on from a fifth successive victory against Crook Town, Redcar Athletic’s Northern League campaign continues with the visit of a fellow seaside outfit in Whitley Bay.

The Steelmen still hold down top spot in the table, under some duress from a lurking Boro Rangers, their Northumberland counterparts seeking a quick response to a disappointing start to the season.

Doors open from 6pm, with admission £7 for adults, £4 for concessions, and £2 for those under the age of 16.

THURSDAY

Team Talk Bacon Butty Morning | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 10am-12pm

Team Talk is a wonderful, community group that aims to bring people together to tackle loneliness and isolation.

Each week, the clubhouse at Green Lane hosts a small gathering wanting to enjoy each other’s company, have meaningful conversations, and take part in fun activities.

The morning is headlined by delicious bacon buns, and other refreshments, leading into physical activities like beach walks, walking football, boules, or even a quiz on rainy days.

Gary Walton of MFC Foundation, the event organiser, commented: “It’s a great way to connect with others, stay active, and have a good time.”

Redcar Athletic Ladies Open Training | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 6-7:30pm

Can’t make Tuesday night’s training session?

Not to worry, our Ladies have three bouts of training a week, and new players are more than welcome at all three.

FRIDAY

Redcar Athletic Reserves vs Boro Rangers Under-23s | Green Lane, TS10 3RW | 7pm

Our Reserves begin their North Riding Premier Division campaign in the toughest fashion on Friday night, Boro Rangers Under-23s the visitors to Green Lane in a highly-anticipated curtain-raiser.

Admission into Green Lane is FREE for all, and you may even see some familiar faces.

SATURDAY

Pontefract Collieries vs Redcar Athletic | The Hunters Stadium, WF8 4QA | 3pm

The Emirates FA Cup Preliminary Round is here, and with it, a chance to make history for Redcar Athletic.

The Steelmen have never advanced beyond this stage of the competition in their relatively short history, and face their tough test yet in Northern Premier League East outfit, Pontefract Collieries, for the opportunity.

Admission into the Hunters Stadium is priced at £9 for adults, £6 for concessions, and £3 for under-16s.
